Our Story & Business Model

Riveape was founded in 2024 in Phoenix, Arizona. We want our clothes to be simple enough for kids to wear confidently to school every day, comfortable enough to run and play with friends, and strong enough so parents can trust they will last through many washes. For us, the most important thing is that every product we ship is useful and true to what we say it is.

We chose the Direct-to-Customer (D2C) model because we believe each item should reflect its real value. By sourcing our own fabrics, designing, sewing, printing, and storing everything in-house, we cut out unnecessary costs and keep full control over quality. To us, a t-shirt or a backpack is more than just an item—it is a sign of our care and the trust you place in us.

Our workshop is located at 1251 S 30th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009. It’s not large, but it is well equipped with industrial sewing machines, heat presses, and modern printers. This setup allows us to handle both seasonal collections and custom one-off orders. Our warehouse is run by our own team, kept organized and ready so new products can reach you quickly.

Main Products

Riveape focuses on clothes and accessories that every student and teen needs: t-shirts, sweaters, pants, school wear, and outdoor wear. These are everyday essentials, but we make them with good fabrics, up-to-date designs, and small details that improve fit and comfort. Our t-shirts and sweaters use natural cotton mixed with synthetic fibers to reduce shrinking and pilling. The fabric weight is 180–220 GSM for t-shirts and 280–320 GSM for sweaters, so they are light enough for daily wear yet warm enough in cooler weather. We keep designs simple and easy to match, but always add styles teens like, such as basics, graphic prints, denim jackets, plaid shirts, and printed tops.

Beyond clothing, we also offer bags, backpacks, shoes, and accessories—the everyday items that complete a school or casual look. From a sturdy backpack to a pair of sneakers or small accessories, each product is selected and checked carefully before being listed on our site. For those who want something unique, we provide personalization services: you can print your own image, logo, or artwork, or adjust small design details. Every personalized order is reviewed with a sample before production to ensure satisfaction.

Production Process & Quality Control

We believe a product is only good if it is made carefully from the start. That’s why we pay close attention to each step in production.

Our cotton and fleece fabrics are sourced from trusted U.S. suppliers such as Mood Fabrics (New York) for OEKO-TEX certified cotton, and Rochford Supply (Minnesota) for high-quality fleece. Each batch of fabric is tested for weight (GSM), shrinkage, and colorfastness before cutting. For pants and jackets, we use sturdy denim and twill; for bags and backpacks, we choose canvas and treated synthetic leather for durability.

At our Phoenix workshop, sewing is done on Juki and Brother industrial machines. Every step—from cutting patterns, stitching panels, hemming, to attaching zippers—is handled carefully to maintain shape and comfort. Printing is done using DTG (Direct to Garment) and sublimation transfer methods, ensuring sharp and lasting prints. For pants and jackets, embroidery and patches are added by hand for better finish and style. For shoes and some accessories, we work with partner workshops but still apply Riveape’s own QC process before selling.

Before leaving the workshop, every item goes through manual QC checks for stitching, prints, colors, fit, and strength. Products that don’t meet our standard are rejected or remade. Each order is packed in moisture-proof bags and sturdy cartons, then shipped with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, complete with a tracking code so customers can follow their package.

Operations & Team

Riveape is run by a small team of 12 people, but each plays an important role: designers who create new collections, tailors and printers who make each detail precise, QC staff who check every item, and customer service staff who listen and respond to your needs.

When a rush order comes in, the whole team works together to speed up production without lowering quality.
